Historian John Lukacs recounts Winston Churchill's first speech as Prime Minister to the House of Commons on May 13, 1940.  Delivered three days after Germany had invaded Holland, France, and Belgium, Mr. Lukacs relays that Churchill initially lacked support from his own Conservative Party.  This event was hosted by Olsson's Books & Records in Washington DC.
