About the Program
In the "The Stem Cell Dilemma", co-authors Leo Furcht and William Hoffman tell the story of stem cell science and explains the latest developments and how research will give new meaning to human sexuality and reproduction. This event was hosted by the University of Minnesota Bookstore in Minneapolis.
Leo Furcht
Leo Furcht, M.D. is chairman of the Department of Laboratory Medicine and Pathology at the University of Minnesota Medical School. He was also a former President of the Federation of American Societies of Experimental Biology and holds key patents in the adult stem cell field.
