After Words: Jeremy Rifkin, "The Zero Marginal Cost Society: The Internet of Things, the Collaborative Commons, and the Eclipse of Capitalism," hosted by Siva Vaidhyanathan, author, "The Googlization of Everything"

About the Program

The bestselling author of "The Third Industrial Revolution" asserts that capitalism is on its way out.  It will be replaced, Mr. Rifkin says, with a global neural network created from the combined communications internet, energy internet and logistics internet.  The increased production and distribution will effectively eliminate corporate profits and capitalism.  Jeremy Rifkin discusses his theory with the author of "The Googlization of Everything," Siva Vaidhyanathan, Chair of Media Studies at the University of Virginia.
