About the Program

From the 2014 Los Angeles Times Festival of Books, a panel discussion on feminism.  The panelists include Myra MacPherson, author of The Scarlet Sisters: Sex, Sufferage, and Scandal in the Gilded Age; M.G. Lord, author of The Accidental Feminist: How Elizabeth Taylor Raised Our Consciousness; and Nancy Cohen, author of Delirium: How the Sexual Revolution is Polarizing America.  The panel is moderated by Robin Abcarian, columnist for the Los Angeles Times, and takes place at the University of Southern California.

About the Authors

Myra MacPherson

Myra MacPherson is the author of several books, including Long Time Passing: Vietnam and the Haunted Generation.  She is a former reporter for the Washington Post.
