From the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books, a panel featuring Amy Greenberg, author of "A Wicked War," Fergus Bordewich, author of "America's Great Debate," H.W. Brands, author of "The Man Who Saved the Union," and John Barry, author of "Roger Williams and the Creation of the American Soul."  The LA Times Festival of Books is held annually on the campus of the University of Southern California.    

About the Authors

Amy Greenberg

Amy Greenberg is a professor of history and women's studies at Penn State University. Prof. Greenberg is the author of "Cause for Alarm: The Volunteer Fire Department in the Nineteenth-Century City."

Fergus Bordewich
