Cita Stelzer talks about the dinners hosted by Winston Churchill, during and after WWII, that were used to persuade world leaders to support Mr. Churchill's position on various matters.  Ms. Stelzer spoke at Changing Hands Bookstore in Tempe, Arizona.

Cita Stelzer is a researcher at Churchill College, Cambridge (UK), and a member of the board of the Churchill Centre (UK).  Ms. Stelzer is also a research associate at the Hudson Institute in Washington, DC.
