David Frisk recounts the life and career of William Rusher (1923-2011), the publisher of the conservative periodical, National Review.  Mr. Frisk examines Rusher’s involvement in the conservative movement and his relationship with National Review founder William F. Buckley.  David Frisk speaks at the Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C.
