Marcus Luttrell  talks about his service in Iraq and adds new details to what happened to him during Operation Redwing in Afghanistan, the original account of which he wrote about in his 2007 book, "Lone Survivor."  Mr. Luttrell spoke at the U.S. Navy Memorial in Washington, DC.

Marcus Luttrell

Marcus Luttrell joined the U.S. Navy in 1999 and became a SEAL in 2002.  He was awarded the Navy Cross for combat heroism in 2006 by President George Bush.  Mr. Luttrell's book, "Lone Survivor: The Eyewitness Account of Operation Redwing and the Lost Heroes of SEAL Team 10," made it to the #1 spot on the New York Times Best Sellers list.  For more, visit: marcusluttrell.com.
