About the Program

Marcus Luttrell joined the U.S. Navy in 1999 and became a SEAL in 2002. He was awarded the Navy Cross for combat heroism in 2006 by President George Bush. Mr. Luttrell's book, "Lone Survivor: The Eyewitness Account of Operation Redwing and the Lost Heroes of SEAL Team 10," made it to the #1 spot on the New York Times Best Sellers list.
