About the Authors

Hipolito Acosta

Over his 30 year career with the U.S. government, Hipolito Acosta worked for the Department of Homeland Security, the Immigration & Naturalization Service, and the U.S. Border Patrol.  Most recently, Mr. Acosta served as district director of the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Citizenship and Immigration Services in Houston.  For more information, visit hipolitoacosta.com.
