Kip Hawley, former administrator of the Transportation Security Agency, presents his thoughts on how to re-imagine the United States' security efforts.  Mr. Hawley argues for a shift from the current restrictions on numerous items for air travel to a focus on larger destructive devices and observance of passenger behavior.  Kip Hawley speaks at George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
