Seth Jones

Seth Jones is an analyst at the RAND Corporation and an adjunct professor at the U.S. Naval Postgraduate School. He's a former senior advisor at U.S. Special Operations Command.  He is the author of "In the Graveyard of Empires" and "The Rise of European Security Cooperation."
