Charles Kupchan

Charles Kupchan is a professor of international affairs at Georgetown University and a senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations.  Prof. Kupchan served as Director for European Affairs on the National Security Council during the Clinton Administration.  His books include “How Enemies Become Friends” and “The End of the American Era.”
