Thomas Banchoff is an associate professor in the Government Department and the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University.  He is also director of Georgetown’s Berkley Center for Religion, Peace, and World Affairs.  Prof. Banchoff is the author of “The German Problem Transformed: Institutions, Politics, and Foreign Policy, 1945-1995.”
