William Doyle tells the story of Captain Travis Patriquin, who was instrumental in gaining U.S. support for the 2006 Sunni Awakening which greatly reduced the influence of al-Qaeda in Iraq.  Captain Patriquin was kiiled by an IED that same year.  Mr. Doyle spoke at New York University.
