About the Program

Robert Moses, civil rights leader and education activist, presents a collection of essays that proposes a quality education for all children be a constitutional right.  The book was inspired by a 2005 meeting that Mr. Moses organized to examine his constitutional proposal.  Robert Moses speaks at Busboys & Poets in Washington, D.C. 

About the Authors

Robert Moses

Robert Moses is the author of Radical Equations: Math Literacy and Civil Rights.  Mr. Moses is the founder of The Algebra Project, an organization that promotes mathematical literacy for all children.  He is the recipient of many awards, including a Heinz Award in the Human Condition and a MacArthur fellowship.
