About the Authors

John Yoo

John Yoo is a professor of law at University of California, Berkeley School of Law.  He served as Deputy Assistant Attorney General at the Justice Department's Office of Legal Counsel under President George W. Bush.  He is the author of "Crisis and Command: A History of Executive Power from George Washington to George W. Bush" and "War by Other Means: An Insider's Account of the War on Terror."
