James MacGregor Burns is a presidential biographer who was the recipient of the Pulitzer Prize and the National Book Award for his biography of Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Roosevelt: The Soldier of Freedom.

Michael Beschloss

Michael Beschloss is a presidential historian and the author of numerous books, including Presidential Courage: Brave Leaders and How They Changed America 1789-1989. Mr. Beschloss is a contributor to PBS’s The Newshour and contributor to ABC News.
