David Strauss
David Strauss is the Gerald Ratner Distinguished Service Professor of Law at the University of Chicago and is co-editor of “The Supreme Court Review” (annual). Prof. Strauss previously served as Special Counsel to the U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee and Assistant Solicitor General of the United States. He has argued 18 cases before the U.S. Supreme Court.
