Jorge Castaneda, who served as Mexico's foreign minister from 2000 to 2003, is currently a professor of politics and Latin American studies at New York University.  He is the author of "Ex Mex: From Migrants to Immigrants" and "Companero: The Life and Death of Che Guevara."
