About the Program

Fred Burton, former deputy chief of the Counterterrorism Division of the State Department's Diplomatic Security Service, talks about the assassination of his neighbor, Israeli assistant air attache Josef Alon, in 1973 (when Burton was 16).  After a lenghty investigation by U.S. and Israeli authorities the case went cold, but was reopened by Burton in 1986 when he was at the State Department.  From the Spy Museum in Washington, DC.
