"The Wrong War: Grit, Strategy, and the Way Out of Afghanistan"

Bing West

About the Program

Bing West argues that a reliance on counterinsurgency strategy has led the U.S. astray in Afghanistan and says that we need to shift the responsibility for the fighting over to the Afghans and remove most of our troops from the country.  Mr. West spoke at Politics and Prose Bookstore in Washington, DC.
