Wendell Potter, former head of corporate communications at the health insurer, CIGNA, Inc., discusses his soon-to-be published book being released in the fall of 2010, Deadly Spin: An Insurance Company Insider Speaks Out On How Corporate PR is Killing Health Care and Deceiving Americans. Mr. Potter is interviewed at the annual book publishing trade show, Book Expo America, at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York City.

Wendell Potter

Wendell Potter is the former head of corporate communications and chief corporate spokesman of the health insurer, CIGNA Corporation. He has also been the head of communications at Humana Inc. and the director of public relations and advertising at The Baptist Health System of East Tennessee. He testified against the business practices of the health care industry before the Senate Commerce Committee in June 2009.
