Ian Mitroff; Abraham Silvers

About the Program

Co-author Ian Mitroff criticizes all institutions for either solving the wrong problem unintentionally, or worse, intentionally tackling the right problem in the wrong way.  He claims government is particularly prone to doing both.  The event is at the Commonwealth Club in San Francisco.
