About the Program

Wall Street Journal economics editor David Wessel talks about his book, "In Fed We Trust."   In the book, Mr. Wessel looks at the role played by Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke following the 2008 economic collapse.  

He discusses his book with Alice Rivlin, first director of the Congressional Budget Office and current senior fellow at The Brookings Institution.  Ms. Rivlin also served as vice chair of the Federal Reserve Board from 1996 to 1999.
