Daniel Jonah Goldhagen, author of "Hitler's Willing Executioners," talks about his latest book which takes a wider look at the problem of genocide.  Mr. Goldhagen aruges that by understanding what genocides are and why they happen we can find ways to stop them before they start.  Mr. Goldhagen spoke at the University of Toronto in Canada.
