About the Program
Winslow Wheeler, editor of "America's Defense Meltdown," and two contributors to the book argue that the Defense Department is in need of reform and offer suggestions on how to do it. Mr. Wheeler is joined by Pierre Sprey, co-designer of the F-16 and A-10 jets, and Thomas Christie, former adviser to the Secretary of Defense on weapons systems testing. This event was held at the Mott House in Washington, DC.
