Adam LeBor documents the life of the former Serbian leader Slobodan Milosevic, who was called before the International Criminal Tribunal in the Hague on charges of crimes against humanity on February 12, 2002. Mr. LeBor supplements the history behind Milosevic with material taken from interviews and discussions with the former leader's friends, family members and confidantes.
