Ben Carson

Ben Carson, M.D., is the former director of pediatric neurosurgery at the Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions and professor emeritus of neurosurgery at Johns Hopkins University.  Dr. Carson has received more than 60 honorary degrees and hundreds of awards, including the Presidential Medal of Freedom.  He is also co-founder and president of the Carson Scholars Fund, which awards scholarships to young people of all backgrounds for exceptional academic and humanitarian achievements.
