The former member of the Nixon White House, whose congressional testimony led to the president's resignation, presents a more in-depth look at the Watergate scandal based on newly-released Nixon audio tapes.  He talks with Bob Woodward of the Washington Post, who, along with Carl Bernstein, put the Watergate scandal on the national stage.

About the Authors

John Dean

John Dean was White House counsel for President Richard Nixon.  Prior to becoming White House counsel, he was the chief minority counsel to the House Judiciary Committee. He is also a former U.S. associate deputy attorney general.  Mr. Dean is a regular columnist for verdict.justia.com and the author of several books, including Blind Ambition and Worse than Watergate.
