About the Program

Marie Breaux talks about the history of authors' rights and argues that copyright law will likely need to be revised in the future due to the creation of Creative Commons and other platforms that are pushing for knowledge to be more universal.  This event was part of the Tennessee Williams/New Orleans Literary Festival held annually in the city.
