About the Program

Johnny Walker is the code name of an Iraqi translator who helped the Navy SEALs root out terrorists in Iraq following the insurgency.  Johnny Walker accompanied the SEALs on over a thousand missions and is credited with saving dozens of them, along with many Iraqis.  During this event hosted by The Half King Bar & Restaurant in New York City, Johnny Walker is joined by his co-author, Jim DeFelice.

Johnny Walker

Johnny Walker accompanied the Navy SEALs and other special operations forces on over one thousand missions.  For security reasons, he moved to the U.S. in 2009 and currently lives in California with his family.

Jim DeFelice

Jim DeFelice writes the "Rogue Warrior" series with SEAL Team 6 founder Richard Marcinko.  He is also the co-author, with the late Chris Kyle, of "American Sniper," and is the author of a biography on General Omar Bradley.
