Book TV sat down with Georgetown Law Center professor, David Koplow, to discuss his book, "Death By Moderation."  The book looks at the Pentagon's quest to develop weapons that are less lethal than the weapons they are replacing.  Prof. Koplow was intervewed at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, DC.  

About the Authors

David Koplow

David Koplow is a professor of law and director of the Center for Applied Legal Studies at Georgetown Law Center.  Prof. Koplow served in the Arms Control and Disarmament Agency during the Carter Administration and the Department of Defense during the Clinton Administration.
