About the Program

Does it matter that there's a socio-economic disparity between most elected officials and the citizens they represent?  Nicholas Carnes believes that it does and that the policy enacted reflects an inability of many legislators to relate to the lives of their constituents.  He talks with Politico Tax Policy Editor Kim Dixon.
