About the Program

Ann Kirschner, University Dean of Macaulay Honors College at the City University of New York, recounts the life of Josephine Marcus Earp (1860-1944), the common-law wife and partner of over fifty years to lawman Wyatt Earp.  The author recalls Josephine's travels across the country from her childhood home, New York City, to Tombstone, Arizona, California, and Alaska.   Ann Kirschner speaks at Town Hall in Seattle.
