About the Authors

Jeb Bush

Jeb Bush served two terms as the governor of Florida (1999 to 2007) and is currently the president of Jeb Bush and Associates, a consulting firm.  He is also chairman of the Foundation for Excellence in Education.

Clint Bolick

Clint Bolick is vice president for litigation at the Goldwater Institute and a research fellow at Stanford University's Hoover Institution.  He is the author of "Two-Fer: Electing a President and a Supreme Court" and "David's Hammer: The Case for an Activist Judiciary."
