In 1963 Betty Friedan's The Feminine Mystique was published, a book that would play an integral role in the second-wave of feminism in the United States.   A panel discusses the impact of the book 50 years after its publication; the panelists include, Katie Roiphe, journalism professor at New York University, Ariel Levy, staff writer at the New Yorker, novelist Anne Roiphe, and journalist and author Gail Sheehy.
