About the Program
Thomas Ricks looks at why so many WWII-era generals are held in high regard, while history has not been so kind to generals who commanded troops during later wars. During this event, hosted by the Center for a New American Security, Mr. Ricks will be interviewed by Foreign Policy magazine editor in chief, Susan Glasser.
