Hipolito Acosta
Over his 30 year career with the U.S. government, Hipolito Acosta worked for the Department of Homeland Security, the Immigration & Naturalization Service, and the U.S. Border Patrol. Most recently, Mr. Acosta served as district director of the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of Citizenship and Immigration Services in Houston.
