A discussion on the Supreme Court with authors Clare Cushman, Courtwatchers: Eyewitness Accounts in Supreme Court History, Anthony Franze, The Last Justice, Todd Peppers & Artemus Ward, In Chambers: Stories of Supreme Court Law Clerks and Their Justices, and Jeffery Toobin, The Oath: The Obama White House and the Supreme Court.  The event is moderated by Tony Mauro, Supreme Court correspondent for The National Law Journal and is held at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C.

Jeffrey Toobin

Jeffrey Toobin is the author of several books, including  The Nine: Inside the Secret World of the Supreme Court.  He is a staff writer for The New Yorker and a senior legal analyst for CNN.

Todd Peppers

Todd Peppers is the author of Courtiers of the Marble Palace: The Rise and Influence of the Supreme Court Law Clerk.  He is an associate professor of public affairs at Roanoke College.
