About the Program

Robert Sullivan presents a history of the American Revolution with a focus on the middle colonies, New York, New Jersey, and portions of Pennsylvania.   The author recalls the importance of the region during the War and visits several sites to document their historical significance and view the landscape today, from Washington's crossing of the Delaware to the Battle of Brooklyn.  Robert Sullivan discusses his book with author Peter Quinn at the Tenement Museum in New York City.
