John Limbert talked to Book TV about his book "Negotiating with Iran" and shared his experiences being held hostage for 444 days during the Iran Hostage Crisis (1979-1981).  This interview, part of Book TV's College Series, was recorded at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland.     

About the Authors

John Limbert

John Limbert is Distinguished Professor of International Affairs at the U.S. Naval Academy.  He spent 33 years with the U.S. foreign service and is former U.S. Ambassador to Mauritania.
