About the Authors

Judge James Gray (Ret.)

James Gray is a former superior court judge (Orange County), federal prosecutor, criminal defense attorney, and member of the Navy JAG Corps.  He is running for Vice President on the 2012 Libertarian Party ticket along with presidential nominee Gov.
