About the Program

Stephen Moore, co-author of "Return to Prosperity," and Robert Frank, author of "The Darwin Economy," debate the merits of Wall Street.  This event, set up as a mock trial, features a jury that includes publisher Steve Forbes, investment broker Peter Schiff, and Whole Foods co-founder John Mackey.  This event was part of FreedomFest, a libertarian conference held annually in Las Vegas.     

About the Authors

Stephen Moore

Stephen Moore, founder and former president of the Club for Growth, is a member of the editorial board and a senior economics writer at the Wall Street Journal.  He is the co-author, with Arthur Laffer, of "The End of Prosperity."

Robert Frank

Robert Frank is a professor of management and economics at Cornell University.  He contributes to the "Economic View" column that appears periodically in the New York Times.  Prof. Frank's books include "The Winner-Take-All Society" and "The Economic Naturalist."
