Satirist Christopher Buckley discusses his recent novel that revolves around a Washington lobbyist, "Bird" McIntyre, and neo-conservative Angel Templeton's efforts to gain congressional approval for a secret weapon system.  The pair plans to gain favor by starting a rumor that the Chinese government wants to assassinate the Dalai Lama, which, in turn, creates an international crisis.  Christopher Buckley speaks at Politics & Prose Bookstore in Washington, D.C.
