John Shaw, congressional correspondent and vice president of Market News International, recounts the political career of six-term Republican Senator Richard Lugar from Indiana.  Mr. Shaw focuses on Sen. Lugar's foreign policy work, from his chairmanship of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee to his deliberations on arms control.  Richard Lugar lost  the recent Indiana Republican primary to Richard Mourdock.   John Shaw speaks at the Indiana Landmarks Center in Indianapolis.
