Randall Kennedy is the author of five books:

Race, Crime and the Law (1997); Nigger: The Strange Career of a Troublesome Word (2002); Interracial Intimacies: Sex, Marriage, Identity and Adoption (2003); Sellout: The Politics of Racial Betrayal (2008); The Persistence of the Color Line: Racial Politics and the Obama Presidency (2011).

About the Authors

Randall Kennedy

Randall Kennedy is a Rhodes Scholar and served as a law clerk to Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall.  He received his undergraduate degree from Princeton and his law degree from Yale and is currently a professor at Harvard Law School.
