Matt Wasniewski, historian of the House of Representatives, presents a history of African Americans who have served in Congress. He is joined by former Congressman Ron Dellums (D-CA), a founding member of the Congressional Black Caucus, at the Rayburn House Office Building in Washington, D.C.
