About the Authors

Zbigniew Brzezinski

Zbigniew Brzezinski is Professor of American Foreign Policy at the School of Advanced International Studies at The Johns Hopkins University in Washington, D.C. and a Counselor for the Center for Strategic and International Studies. He served as National Security Advisor to President Carter from 1977-1981. He is the author of several books, including "The Grand Failure" and "The Grand Chessboard."
