Eliot Cohen

Eliot Cohen is a professor of strategic studies at Johns Hopkins University's School of Advanced International Studies.  He is also the founding director of Johns Hopkins' Philip Merrill Center for Strategic Studies.  Prof. Cohen served as a senior adviser to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.  His books include "Supreme Command" and "Military Misfortunes."
