About the Authors

Sarah Vowell

Sarah Vowell is the author of several books, including The Partly Cloudy Patriot and Assassination Vacation. She is a former contributing editor to NPR's This American Life and a columnist for San Francisco Weekly and Salon.  Ms. Vowell is a fellow at the New York Institute for the Humanities at New York University.
